a sweet memory
amazing staff perfect gym
The club lounge staff always reminded me of home, they were so amazing! joanna, tristan, hemz, tiffany, gagan, sajani, megha, rahul, brian and the entire team. ash, the hotel manager, put so much effort into the elite night event. It was wonderful. gym was perfect for workouts.
The minibar offered items that felt out of place in such an hotel. Made me uneasy. i had never encountered this before in my travels, and it contrasted with the hotel's otherwise high standards.

The room included a comfortable king bed and super clean housekeeping. The room felt spacious. thoughtful details throughout the room. everything worked perfectly in my room.

Staff were friendly and eager to help. service i received from ahmad was really good. He was professional and caring. he helped me with a payment issue and resolved it quickly.

The pool located on the 54th floor was wonderful. It provided sunshine. the executive lounge offered a relaxing atmosphere. the gym was well-equipped, awesome for a full workout, keeping fit easy.

The breakfast buffet had a very wide selection of high-quality food. the snacks and drinks served in the lounge were delicious. the executive lounge happy hour began at 6 p.m.. It included measured portions served at the table.

The location was nice. It was close to the metro and main attractions, the main location was perfect! the hotel is a 10-minute walk from a metro station and a 20-minute taxi ride from the airport.

Solid stay at a great location
helpful staff food choice
The staff members were helpful . I used the wellness spa, and it was quite relaxing after a tiring flight. I appreciated the food choices at Feast restaurant. It featured many options.

The room included a comfortable king bed that I slept very well. There was a capsule coffee machine provided for early mornings. I also liked the bathroom. It had a nice, large shower and soft towels.

The hotel features a club on the 31st floor, with a relaxing place with beverages. I found the pool to be refreshing, a good place for downtime. This hotel also has a convenient gym. It has treadmills and free weights.

Personnel was very attentive to my needs. They answered all my questions at the reception. The housekeeping team was efficient. I was happy with my stay.

welcome gift exclusive lounge attentive staff
The welcome gift in my beautiful room guest room king was such a lovely surprise! the sheraton lounge on the 31st floor felt so exclusive (loved the happy hour). the pool area was a total beach club vibe. I felt so relaxed. i would stay again to relive this experience!
the elevator seemed a bit slow at times.

coffee machine blocked shower head
The breakfast area was lovely.
The coffee machine in the room did not work on the first day. There was also a problem with the shower head as it was blocked, so only a small amount of water came through it. I had to alert the staff.

helpful staff delicious meal
I appreciated the helpful staff (Ratna and Sajar) who were so accommodating. Ms. Lillies restaurant offered delicious meals that I fully enjoyed.
The absence of a soup choice in the lounge in the evenings was a slight disappointment.

I found the location convenient. It was close to the metro station and major attractions. the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options. I especially liked the fresh fruit selection. the room was clean and well kept. Housekeeping ensured everything was tidy daily.
The check-in process was slow. There was a considerable wait before i received my room. the minibar prices were quite high. I wish there were more affordable options available.

cigarette smoke unacceptable disturbance
The staff was helpful and the location was acceptable.
The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke on arrival, so we had to move. At approximately 2am, a hotel employee repeatedly kicked on my parents' door until they woke up (honestly, WHAT?). The employee just asked whether their stay was going well. I found this completely unacceptable and actively disruptive to guests.
