The club lounge staff always reminded me of home, they were so amazing! joanna, tristan, hemz, tiffany, gagan, sajani, megha, rahul, brian and the entire team. ash, the hotel manager, put so much effort into the elite night event. It was wonderful. gym was perfect for workouts.
The minibar offered items that felt out of place in such an hotel. Made me uneasy. i had never encountered this before in my travels, and it contrasted with the hotel's otherwise high standards.

The staff members were helpful . I used the wellness spa, and it was quite relaxing after a tiring flight. I appreciated the food choices at Feast restaurant. It featured many options.

The welcome gift in my beautiful room guest room king was such a lovely surprise! the sheraton lounge on the 31st floor felt so exclusive (loved the happy hour). the pool area was a total beach club vibe. I felt so relaxed. i would stay again to relive this experience!

The coffee machine in the room did not work on the first day. There was also a problem with the shower head as it was blocked, so only a small amount of water came through it. I had to alert the staff.

I found the location convenient. It was close to the metro station and major attractions. the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options. I especially liked the fresh fruit selection. the room was clean and well kept. Housekeeping ensured everything was tidy daily.
The check-in process was slow. There was a considerable wait before i received my room. the minibar prices were quite high. I wish there were more affordable options available.

The staff was helpful and the location was acceptable.
The room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke on arrival, so we had to move. At approximately 2am, a hotel employee repeatedly kicked on my parents' door until they woke up (honestly, WHAT?). The employee just asked whether their stay was going well. I found this completely unacceptable and actively disruptive to guests.
